~*What's For Dinner*~

I have been making healthier meals and although my scale says I have only lost 1 pound I have gotten into 2 shirts that I couldn't before.
I bought some Tilapia fillets and squeezed fresh lemon juice on them then sprinkled them with lemon pepper and garlic powder and put thin pat's of butter on them.
baked at 400 degrees for twenty minutes.
I made a nice salad with ceasar dressing and the meal tasted great:)
If you have any receipes for fish that you could share I would love to try them.Hugs Darcy

Baked orange roughy in bread crumbs. It is mighty tasty, add a package of ranch dressing, the stuff in the packages, you know the mix your own. It helps liven up the flavor. Bake until done. Serve with fresh veggies and a baked potato, no butter. The orange roughy has enough oil in it to work well with the potato.

Yummmmmmm that looks good. I love baked fish. Sometimes I cook mine in lemon or lime juice with just a bit of salt and pepper sprinkled on top. Good and healthy !

I wish I liked fish, it's so good for me. The only fish I tolerate are fish sticks, lol. Everyone tells me those aren't real fish. Hmm then why are they called "FISH" sticks, lol.

Oh yum!! I can almost taste the talapia. Nothing is better than baked fish with veggies or salad! I like to grill or bake salmon brushed with light soy sauce sweetened with a little brown sugar.
