~♥ Hey Cupcake Shawl For Lizet ♥~

As you all know I had to frog it and restart it on smaller needles.
I finished knitting Simple Things Feb 3 2010 and blocked it.
I will be sending it out Monday to Lizet for her birthday very excitted I bought a birthday card and little treats for her and Dorrit for Valentines Day:)

Be warned this is a cautionary tale and so if your a knitter this may be to upsetting to read;)
I have been for the last week sick with a nasty bug and knitting a shawl.
Realizing to late one shouldn't knit while sick.lol
My stitches just didn't look right so this morning I frogged it.
I'm feeling much better so I'm going to knit up some swatches on smaller needles and restart the shawl it will be a birthday present for my friend Lizet.
The yarn is The Plucky Knitter Super wash Merino,Fingering in the colorway Hey Cupcake! and it does look like yummy pink frosting:)

I bought the Sweet Georgia skein of Tourmaline to knit a shawl for Leslie.
The Simple Things Shawl is a quick and fun knit and Tuesday I will be sending The Lady Of The Water out in the mail to her.
