30 Day Throw Down And A $100 Gift Card















Robin has challenged everyone for 30 days starting Sept 1 to eat healthy and 2 years ago I weighed 115 pounds and now I weigh 154 pounds and at 5 ft 2 inches tall this isn't good.
I'm taking her challenge so lets see if I can lose some weight no chips or snacks or starbucks and I will be cutting back on bread as well.
I have my 42nd birthday coming up October 25th and would like to look in the mirror and like what I see so I will be posting yummy healthy recipes a couple times a week and sharing my progress with all of you so every Sunday I will be weighing in and sharing my results with all my blogging friends:)

I love my ice cream a little too much. sigh! Actually, it helps keep the acid reflux at bay. :)

I was ashamed to say on my blog that I need to lose weight but knew it would be a good way to keep myself motivated and accountable I was up to 161 but have been eating better for 3 weeks hubby and I have eaten lots of fish join me Cici we can do it!!!((((((Hugging You)))))Darcy
