~*Preparing For Surgery*~

I’m working on getting surgery approved for rectus diastasis and hernia repair hoping this will be the last surgery.
having health issues is somewhat embarrassing I would much rather always have wonderful news not here we go again with more surgery.
I really try to be upbeat and this is going to be a difficult surgery and a painful and slow recovery time.
I will be down for 6 weeks once I have the surgery.
I’m nervous about the surgery and being in constant pain is exhausting.
We don't have family near by so Tom will have to care for me and the girls by himself if it is scheduled for May.
If we get a June surgery date Momma Rhonda is going to come so that she can help with the girls and my hubby can be with me threw the surgery as it will be 100 miles from us at UCLA.
I have been going to my appointments and preparing for it sorry to have been so quiet.
I have to drive to Santa Monica tomorrow for a doctors appointment then hopefully they can get the ball rolling with my insurance to get my surgery.
I finished the love bites scarf and knit the calm waters cowl the end of February the pictures are of Alora and I modeling them.
I will keep everyone updated as I know more about when my surgery will be.Hugs Darcy

You have my prayers also, Darcy. Hang in there and be strong. All will come out well and you'll be knitting and needle felting before you know it. Pain free.

Oh Darcy I am so sorry to hear that more surgery is in your future! You will certainly continue to be in my prayers as in the past. Sounds like there will be a lot of knitting recovery time but I wish it could be just knitting time without the need for recovery! Bless you.

Darcy,
So sorry you are going through all of this. I just got back from taking my next door neighbor for her chemo treatments. Life is very hard sometimes. You will get through this and remember you have many, many prayers coming your way.

XO, Meredith

I would love to have this surgery done, Darcy. I'm so glad you get to do this. The surgery will be no fun but you'll love that flat tummy!
