~*Grace's Capelet*~

I had been planning a surprise for Grace and couldn't share it until she received it.
I knit the pattern Grace Capelet in 1 skein of Worsted Weight Malabrigo colorway Ravelry Red that I purchased from Sandrasingh.com.
Grace loves Malabrigo and her favorite color is red.
I purchased the ribbon for the bow in Ravelry green it was fun to knit a special gift for such a special friend:)
I know I haven't been blogging much lately but my girls have been in school since August 16TH and I have been volunteering in their classrooms also Alora just had her 6TH birthday the picture is of her and her sister enjoying the gifts from Grace:)
Hopefully we will adjust to the new routine soon.Hugs Darcy

Such a cute capelet! I remember the bitter-sweet days of the kids going back to school. You are very wise to volunteer in the classrooms. That's a great way to get past those long days of missing them and give some valuable help to other children as well.

Thanks again for your wonderful gift for my niece...it's cold here and she's lovin it. Still healing but seeing stars in her eyes, not the good kind.
Have a great day!
