The Girls Get To See Big Brother:)

When we went on our family trip we were able to spend time in Idaho with my oldest child Skyler.
The girls hadn't seen big brother in 1.5 years so they were excitted to see him.
It chokes me up and fills my heart to bursting to look at the pictures because my son lives in Idaho and there is such an age gap between him and his little sisters that makes having these pictures a real treasure.
We took Skyler out to dinner at goodwood their ribs and sauce are amazing to bad they dont have one in California.
Here are the pictures of Tom and I and my son and 2 youngest daughters Alora and Athena when we where in Idaho.
Alora was very excitted to tell her big brother that she is turning 5 years old in August and going to kindergarten also Athena is excitted to be going to preschool in August twice a week:)

The Treasured Bums Surprise Pkg!!!

Today I received a pkg from Laurie back home in Idaho couldnt figure out why until I opened it and found cards from friends off my old cloth diapering and knitting board:) there was get well cards from Heidi, Laurie,Erika,Sarah Wathan,.Heidi gave me a little gift bag with knit picks yummy sock yarn in ras/burgundy and mocha brown colors mmmmm...Sarah gave me a knitting magazine Creative Knitting and Laurie gave me a cute coffee cup with 3 pkgs of different kinds of chocolate coffees.Erika gave me this book called A Short Guide To A Happy Life by Anna Quindlen.Iam so touched that they did this as I know they have been busy with a lot of blessing showers.You all touched my heart with your thoughts and cards and gifts and support.Huggers Valleybums!!!
